Are the products suitable for my hair?
All our products are compatible with your hair, whatever its nature. Roots has been designed and studied to address the biggest issues related to the scalp. If you have blonde hair, Ayurvedic powders tend to darken it slightly.
How often can I use these products?
This is an entirely natural treatment you can use them throughout the year at the desired frequency.
However, it is recommended to use our products as a treatment for 2 to 6 months per year, 1 to 2 times per week. Then use them occasionally for the rest of the year, for example 1 to 2 times a month.
Is it possible to continue using chemicals at the same time?
Yes. It is possible to continue using chemical products such as shampoo, coloring conditioner. This will not affect the effectiveness of the products, however it is recommended to avoid products that are too abrasive such as discolorations, or products with sulfate.
Why do serums have a strong smell?
The growth serum and the intense repair serum contain neem oil. Despite the presence of equal quantities of other oils, this oil takes the upper hand. Our products are free of chemicals and perfume. The essential oils used sometimes are not enough to mask the natural odor of certain oils. This is also the case for the Growth Booster which, due to the presence of garlic, has a fairly strong odor. Don't worry, the smell disappears after washing. Applied in small quantities to the lengths, the smell is not felt throughout the day either.
Why does my scalp tickle after applying products?
The first reason is: going natural for hair involves a more or less long detox withdrawal period.
These reactions are normal, the scalp gets rid of all these chemical substances which are harmful to it. Use more oil baths (3 times a week) and in particular Roots Ayurvedic powder shampoo.
The second reason is that your hair is growing. Yes, trying to get out of the scalp causes a few tickles. This is completely normal and a good sign!
Is it possible to use the products on my skin?
Yes ! Our products are entirely natural and they are also appreciated by our skin. Carry out a test first inside your handle.
What is the difference between Growth Serum and Growth Booster?
The Growth Serum contains 10 oils in equal parts. All the ingredients contained in these two Serums are essential in synergy for scalp-related problems. For great effectiveness it was necessary to separate them to have an optimal quantity in order to benefit from all the advantages provided by each of the ingredients. Alone they are very effective, together the growth is even faster!
Are the ingredients natural and organic?
All our ingredients are natural and 98% come from organic farming. All our oils are virgin and obtained by cold pressing, which guarantees the quality and effectiveness of all our products.
Who makes the products?
All products are assembled by hand by the founder of Roots, in the Roots workshop in France.
Where do the ingredients and packaging come from?
In order to limit our impact on the environment as much as possible, Roots has called on French and European partners for packaging (Germany and France) and most of its oils. Ayurvedic powders are unfortunately not produced in Europe and are therefore imported from India, Egypt and Morocco.
Why did Roots specialize in the scalp?
Because everything starts at the root.

How do I use my promotional code?
Promotional codes allow you to take advantage of a discount or other promotion when you place an order on our site. Here's how to take advantage of your discount:

Is my payment secure on your site?
Your payment is made via Shopify's Stripe platform, which is completely secure. Your data is encrypted and cannot be hacked under any circumstances. Stripe collects the payment and transfers it to us, which is why you may see this name appear on your statement regarding the payment of your order.

If your package is already in preparation, it is not possible to cancel or modify it. In this case, refuse your delivery when presented by the carrier.
Upon receipt of the package, reimbursement is made between 4 and 5 working days.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the product(s) purchased, as well as the corresponding order number.
Where can I find my purchase invoice?

What are the delivery times and prices?
For France :
In 2 to 3 working days. At home or at the office with Colissimo (€7). Or at a relay point with Mondial Relay (from €4.50).
For the European Union.
6 to 10 working days. Delivery costs depending on the country of destination.
From 70€ of purchase, standard delivery is offered in mainland France.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Metropolitan France and DOM TOM. Belgium. Luxembourg. Swiss.
May I be subject to additional taxes?
No additional tax is expected for Metropolitan France.
For other countries, it is possible to be subject to obligations and taxes. They are collected by the destination country when the package crosses the border. Customs clearance costs are not the responsibility of ROOTS. Customs policies depend on the country. For more information, contact the local customs department. You are responsible for the importation of the products. It is therefore important to respect the laws and regulations in force. It is possible that your package will be opened and inspected at the border by customs authorities as a security measure.
What precautions should be taken during delivery?
1) Check your package in the presence of the delivery person.
2) Refuse if your package is in poor condition/repackaged/opened during transport/or if there are missing item(s). Etc. Do not hesitate to check the contents in the presence of the delivery person or the post office counter.

How do I return my package?
